TOUGHTRACKS is the first and only purpose-built ramp system designed for construction sites, protecting sliding door tracks from damage caused by wheelbarrows, trolleys, bins and heavy foot traffic. Unlike timber ramps, TOUGHTRACKS offers a fast, durable and reusable solution that saves builders time, prevents costly repairs and reduces the risk of on-site injuries.

TOUGHTRACKS is built for speed and simplicity. Builders can quickly grab a ramp system from the onsite lock-up, carry it with their tools, and have it installed in just minutes.

Each ramp is placed on either side of the hob or sliding door track, with the bridge connecting the two. The bridge locks into place easily using connecting pins inserted through the side knuckles.

For long-term use and added security, the ramps can be bolted directly to the concrete slab, keeping them firmly in place and deterring theft.

📦 DELIVERY NOTICE

To keep your order safe and avoid delays, we ask all customers to follow these delivery guidelines:

Be available onsite to accept delivery. Couriers may not wait, and missed deliveries can add days to your job.
Watch for dispatch notifications. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Install a clear delivery sign. If your site is hard to find, please place a visible sign with your site name, lot number, or company name so the courier can locate you quickly.
Authority to Leave (ATL). If you choose ATL at checkout, the courier may leave the parcel unattended. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Commercial sites: Ensure someone onsite knows a delivery is coming and can receive it.

These steps help prevent lost items, redeliveries, and delays and ensure your TOUGHTRACKS gear arrives safely and on time.
