Fit & sizing

Fit & sizing

What is the difference between Pro and Mini?

Pro is 380 × 280 × 830 mm (W × H × L), with 220–230 mm clearance and a weight of 15.7 kg. Mini is 370 × 175 × 530 mm, with 120–130 mm clearance and a weight of 7.7 kg. Both bridge a 330 mm span.

How do I check my threshold?

Measure the full span to bridge, including the track and upstands, the height and levels on both sides, and the approach space. Check the operating load and wheel spacing. Ask the team if any detail is unclear.

Can I use several sets side by side?

Multiple sets can create a wider crossing for suitable wheel spacing. This does not automatically increase the approved working load. Confirm the arrangement and total load.

What if my opening is unusual?

Send measurements and photos. The custom range includes purpose-built ramps, steps and access solutions, with the configuration assessed around the intended application.

Strength & safety

Strength & safety

What is the recommended working load?

Pro and Mini have a recommended Safe Working Load of 250 kg. The 300 kg maximum breaking load is not the working limit. Follow the instructions and check the total load.

Can I drive a forklift over a standard ramp?

Pro and Mini are not the heavy-equipment solution. Discuss a custom TOUGHERTRACKS 2.0 system with the team, including the machine, loaded weight and crest clearance.

What does the 10 T custom figure mean?

The catalogue lists a 10 T maximum for its reference TOUGHERTRACKS 2.0 configuration. It is not a universal rating for every custom assembly, and suitability must be confirmed for your specified system.

Where are the safety documents?

The Specify page links the available instructions, Safe Work Method Statement and safety assurance document. Ask ToughTracks for any project-specific test or compliance documentation your team requires.

What are the standard ramps made from?

The ramps use polypropylene reinforced with 20% long glass fibres; the central bridge uses 50% long glass fibres. Connecting rods are galvanised carbon steel, with rubber feet.

Cost & ordering

Cost & ordering

What do they cost?

Pro is $395 per set and Mini is $310 per set in AUD at the published site prices. Covers and custom ramps are quoted to your requirements.

Can I order in bulk or buy 100 units?

Yes. The Major Projects page collects your product mix, quantities, locations and timing for a project-specific quote. Final pricing, availability and freight are confirmed by the team.

Are there published quantity discounts?

Ask for a bulk quote based on your requirement. Project pricing depends on the product mix, quantities and supply requirements.

Can I use a purchase order?

Discuss your purchasing and account requirements with the team. Any account, credit or purchase-order arrangement is subject to review and written confirmation.

Can I assess the product before a project-wide order?

Request a site demonstration or discuss a small initial order. Availability, location and any trial arrangements are confirmed directly.

Hire & custom access

Hire & custom access

Can I hire instead of purchase?

Use the Hire Enquiries page to ask whether an arrangement is available for your quantity, location and dates. Rates and conditions must be confirmed directly.

Are delivery, damage waivers or purchase credits included?

These are commercial terms to confirm in a written hire proposal. Confirm each inclusion or credit before proceeding.

What do you need for a custom ramp quote?

Equipment make/model, total operating weight including the load, required width, span and height, approach space, site conditions, photos and timing.

Installation & reuse

Installation & reuse

Are tools needed for standard setup?

No tools or special fixings are needed for normal setup. Position the ramps, place the bridge and secure the connecting pins as described in the installation guide.

Can the ramps be fixed down?

Optional fixing to a concrete substrate requires suitable concrete bolts and tools. Follow the published installation instructions and site requirements.

Can they move to the next job?

The standard systems are portable and designed for reuse. Inspect them and follow the product instructions before each use.

How many sets should I plan?

Map the access points used at the same time, the traffic and wheel spacing. Some crossings use more than one set. Consider how suitable systems can be redeployed between stages.

Delivery & support

Delivery & support

How much is freight?

The current FAQ lists $30 flat shipping for standard ramp orders. Bulk orders, custom systems and covers need a confirmed freight quote.

How quickly can I get them?

Ask the team to confirm stock and delivery timing for your location and quantity. Timing depends on current availability, quantities and the delivery location.

Can I buy through a stockist?

The existing retailer directory links published ToughTracks suppliers. Call the store to confirm local product availability before travelling.

What should I include in an order enquiry?

Your order number, contact details, delivery postcode and a clear description of the question. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photos in your email.

Where is the returns policy?

Read the full Returns and Refund Policy pages for eligibility and process, and contact the team with your order details before returning a product.
