The TOUGHTRACKS Cash Back Reward (“Offer”) is subject to the following conditions:

1.     Purchase Requirement:
Offer valid only with the purchase of at least one genuine TOUGHTRACKS ramp from the official TOUGHTRACKS website or authorised sales channels.

2.     Exclusions:
This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or rebate programs.

3.     Video Submission:
Participants must create an original video clearly showing a TOUGHTRACKS ramp being unboxed or in use. Video must be genuine, created by the purchaser, and reflect their actual experience.

4.     Social Media Posting:
The video must be posted publicly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.
The post must tag @toughtracks and remain public until verification is complete.

5.     Reward Limit:
One (1) 5% of purchase cash back reward is available per eligible order. Only valid for One (1) per person.

6.     Submission Window:
The video must be posted within 30 days of receiving the TOUGHTRACKS product.

7.     Verification:
TOUGHTRACKS must be able to view and verify the post. Posts that are deleted, made private, or edited to remove required elements prior to verification will be deemed ineligible.

8.     Payment:
Upon successful verification, the 5% cash back will be issued to the participant’s nominated bank account or via another mutually agreed method.

9.     Content Standards:
Submissions must not contain unsafe behaviour, offensive material, or misleading claims. TOUGHTRACKS reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet these standards.

10.     Authenticity:
Only original purchasers of authentic TOUGHTRACKS products are eligible. Second‑hand, resold, or counterfeit items are not eligible.

11.     Territory:
Offer valid for customers located within Australia unless otherwise specified.

12.     Usage Rights:
By participating, the purchaser grants TOUGHTRACKS permission to repost or use the submitted video for marketing and promotional purposes.

13.     Program Changes:
TOUGHTRACKS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time. All verified rewards prior to such changes will be honoured.
