Returns Policy

General Return Policy
We stand by the quality and durability of TOUGHTRACKS and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied or have received a defective product, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original
packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- If returning a defective or damaged product, photographic evidence may be
required before approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse or
improper handling.
- Custom-made or specially ordered products including branded ramps with
personalised logos or colours.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
- Promotional products and giveaways. All items received as part of a promotion, giveaway or free-of-charge offer are not eligible for return, exchange or refund under any circumstances. This includes but not limited to bonus items, gifts with purchases, limited time promotional items or any products marked as free or complimentary. These items are provided as-is and hold no cash value.


Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support – Email or call our support team at info@toughtracks.com.au | 0448 075 429 with your order details and reason for return.
2. Receive Authorisation – If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item.
3. Ship the Product – Securely pack and send the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, the item will be inspected. Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, or an exchange will be arranged.
5. Warranty Claims - If your TOUGHTRACKS product has a manufacturing defect, it may be covered under our 12-month limited warranty. Warranty claims must be processed separately from standard returns. Contact our support team for warranty related issues.


Refunds & Processing Time

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds for defective items include the cost of the product and return
shipping.
- Exchanges for defective products will be shipped at no additional cost.
